DO NOT DO IT! You will regret bringing your car here. They will add all types of additional repairs. Carlos has had my car for 10 months, tried to send me off with claims of the car being repaired after he was fully paid. If he is not claiming that the wrong part was sent, he’s waiting for his mechanic friend who works at the dealership. 10 months!!! I have had to go file to suit these people and waiting for KHOU to get out there to investigate this place. For your sanity and livelihood DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP
Carlos is very dishonest. I was quoted $2,200 for auto body repair and paint. Carlos used touch up paint on the rear quarter panel. He gave me a $200 discount instead of fixing the issue. A week's waste of time and car rental. Expect Carlos to do a half ass mediocre repair on your vehicle.
I highly recommend Ed for auto mechanical needs. He has been my mechanic for over 8 years now. As a single women with a vehicle, he has always been straight forward with me about what needs to be done and I trust him. Every time I took my vehicles to him I’ve always had a good outcome.
I went there to to get my ac fixed which was supposed to take 1day to get down n ended up leaving it there for a week and they still didn’t fix it.Instead they tried acting like other things needed to b fixed but I knew exactly what needed to b fixed .It seems lik Edgar was trying too add on faults to my car for extra pricing .If I don’t want to have to wait excessively for your car n n one peace never do business with Edagar.Also one of his employees pulled a gun out on me for trying get my car n money back for horrible ser... read more
