This is by far the most rude, and least professional business we've ever used. He did not hold up to their word, he called us names, like "feaking yankees", he said some incredibly mean and unprofessional things to us. He's hot headed, and it's been said numerous times that he is thriving off of the good business his father established and he took over. Al D. Memphis, TN. Roberts Auto Repair are superior when it comes to professional vehicle service. My Nissan Armada fuel pump went out when I left the University of TN, from picking up my daughter, December 10, 2019. Robert and his team got me back up and running within an hour and a half heading back to Memphis. They were kind honest and professional. jason does a grate job working on all my cars he gets them in and out fast when i need work done would not use anyone but him thanks jason for all the wore you have done for me in the past
