Robert's Collision & Repair has a great facility with remodeling in progress to be an even more beautiful shop. Customer service has always been very helpful and quick to get you to the right person to handle the issues with your vehicle. Tech's & Estimators are I-Car Gold Certified with up to date training. The Robert's Team works well together to get the job done and to release the vehicle back to the owner in pre-collision condition or even more beautiful. Highly recommended.
No attention to detail, poor quality service. My car was towed into Roberts have I ran over a tire that a truck dropped in front of me while driving. Roberts assessed the damage at 6000. They took a month to fix it. Then they tacked on over 2000 dollars more for additional "unforseen" expenses. Has they forseen this at the onset the car would have been totalled and I would be driving a new car. They forgot to put parts back on, ie brake parts, made grinding noises when I turned, which meant I had to take it back. They fixed ... read more
