This is by far the most rude, and least professional business we've ever used. He did not hold up to his word, he called us names, like "feaking yankees", he said some incredibly mean and unprofessional things to my wife and to myself as well. The problems with the owner started when he did not get our vehicle in when he said he would and closed up shop without notifying us. Roberts Auto always does a great job on my vehicle. Fast and fixed right. We have been coming here exclusively for many years and won't go anywhere else. Jeff and JJ are great people!
