Took my 2002 Roberts glass. Did I say OK job on the window but put a hole in my dash Won't fix now
I received sub par service and was told to "leave the fucking shop" when I told them I was displease with it. I have never been strong armed out of a business before. It felt like the shop was run by a gangster.

Mr Roberts installed an aftermarket sliding window unit on my truck. I was told that there would be no diffrence compared to the original. Installed with a quarter inch bow in the center, the flexed window creates a distorted light show at night in the rear view. Mr Roberts said, "Those aftermarket parts aren't true to their specs" and "You wont see it because your truck is black." POOR EXUSE PERIOD
