I haven’t had a good experience. I visited the shop four times. The first time, we agreed that I would leave my car there for the whole day since I work very close to the shop. However, when I picked up the car, no work had been done. I returned several times to follow up because they had told me they would change the oil and provide a quote for replacing the front bumper, but I never received any response. I have a 2016 murano. I broke the front left coil spring and needed an urgent repair. I was advised By another car repair shop to take my car to Roberts and son How fortunate for me. Keith and his son did a great job for me and in fact made some additional repairs that I requested at little or no extra charge. These two gentlemen are very honest and fair with their pricing and I would have no problem recommending them to my friends and family.
Such an amazing people! Saved us on a holiday when we got stuck on the road
