My first time using Roberts Alexander optometrist and I couldn't have had a better experience. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful, truly a great environment. Madeline was extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming with feedback on my eyes & a look into the future. The 2 ladies at reception were very caring, thoughtful and helpful. They cleaned & adjusted my glasses, helped with selection of a new pair and Jodie advised me she would be my contact in the future. I found my experience at RA Optometrist to be fantastic. Dom is extremely knowledgeable, as are all the admin ladies. They have all been wonderfully welcoming & helpful. After having not so great experience at Specsavers, it was reassuring to see someone who could help me with a somewhat complex prescription.
I used these guys a few years ago, I retired h moved 180kms away so tried a chainstore place, 8 weeks 2 sets of glasses & I got a refund, booked again here & just like last time, absolutely perfect. At 70 I should have known better, my total thanks & appreciation for getting things perfect. My drive is 2 hrs coming home & finally I felt safer & didn't have sore tired eyes. Quality, professionalism, friendly, so folks don't be foolish & try elsewhere just come here.
Everyone is so lovely here. From the optometrist explaining things to me in a respectful and calm manner as I don't fully understand things at times because of autism and a brain injury, to the receptionist taking the time to let me try on frames and discuss options. Definitely recommend this place as they also care about your eye health and not just giving you glasses and off you go. Very good. I recently had laser treatment for dry eyes and am incredibly happy with the results. Having suffered for years with gritty, sore eyes, I jumped at the opportunity to try a laser option and have not looked back. I was concerned initially about the pain, but found there was little discomfort at all. I cannot believe the difference the treatment has made for me and recommend it to those considering it. Also, the friendly and welcoming staff make the place and I could not speak highly enough of them.
