Came here on a recommendation from a teacher after already going to a standard optometrist. This clinic was far more thorough in assessing my 7yo daughter, and gave me much more information to make an informed decision about how to support her best. I also found the reception staff, especially Vic, so welcoming and warm, providing a lot of assistance after the consultation.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Went in yesterday after something flicked into my eye at work and was told to come in straight away. Madeline and John the Optometrists were incredibly helpful and made the whole experience easy and reassuring. Really great service and all the staff were so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend.

These lovely people are highly professional, super-friendly and 'giving'—they go above and beyond to discuss options, costs and consequences! (I do agree with the sole 4-star review re. your budget though). As an independently owned local business, they have my full support, in return for the support they've given me and my sight over almost my entire life. They're the go-to if you need behavioural optometry too—really helpful for all sorts of conditions! I'll continue to visit... 😎

My first time using Roberts Alexander optometrist and I couldn't have had a better experience. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful, truly a great environment. Madeline was extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming with feedback on my eyes & a look into the future. The 2 ladies at reception were very caring, thoughtful and helpful. They cleaned & adjusted my glasses, helped with selection of a new pair and Jodie advised me she would be my contact in the future.
