I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The optometrist Maddy was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process smooth and easy. It’s rare to find such a kind and efficient team
My first time using Roberts Alexander optometrist and I couldn't have had a better experience. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful, truly a great environment. Madeline was extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming with feedback on my eyes & a look into the future. The 2 ladies at reception were very caring, thoughtful and helpful. Genuinely life-changing experience from the Ortho-K lenses. Never have to worry about glasses/contact lenses. The staff are always so kind and quick. Madeline is extremely knowledgeable and great at explaining and guiding the process. Thank you guys for everything.
About 1 year before coming to Roberts Alexander Optometrist (RAO) I had tried to get used to multifocals and it was a dismal failure. I couldn't understand how anybody could tolerate those lenses. Later I experienced difficulty focusing due to exotropia and after seeing a surgeon specialist was told "it's not bad enough to operate yet" with no further solution provided. I found my experience at RA Optometrist to be fantastic. Dom is extremely knowledgeable, as are all the admin ladies. They have all been wonderfully welcoming & helpful. After having not so great experience at Specsavers, it was reassuring to see someone who could help me with a somewhat complex prescription.
