I recently visited this optometrist and was looked after by Jaclyn. It was a pleasant surprise. I have never had an optometrist be as thorough as she was. She tested my eyes for things I did not even know could be tested. I cannot recommend her enough, and she has definitely made a new, loyal customer.
I hadn't visited this optometrist before, but after having sat on (or accidentally stood on) my glasses, and seeing what great reviews this store had, I decided to take them in and see if the bent hinge could be realigned. Sandy was so incredibly kind and helpful, and she was able to readjust my glasses for me quickly and free of charge. I'm so impressed with Roberts Alexander Optometrists and highly recommend them for their excellent customer service.
Cannot recommend Jaclyn highly enough. For kids needing to see an optometrist, I have never found better ( and I worked in the industry for 20 years). Her manner is exceptional and she put my kids at ease. She was wonderful with my test as well.
Jaclyn has been fabulous with my 5 yo. He didn't want to go, but she was so nice and entertaining that it went really well. Thanks Jaclyn.
