Unfortunately, I am moved to write a negative review, because there seems to be no other recourse. From start to finish, this has been the worst experience in attempting to be seen by a Specialist to find out how ill I am... 3x lost or could not locate paperwork from the referring Dr., only accepts faxes, only looks at faxes on Fridays, 5 months of waiting from referral to appointment, no flexibility in being seen date or time, not accepting any new patients if I tried to reschedule, wasted 1.25 hours waiting to be seen.
Today I just received a call from Dr. Roberto Pancorbo that my appointment in February was canceled due Dr. not accepting new patients, is sad when you have a health condition and they refer you to a specialist Rheumatologist and waiting to assist to this appointment tell me so cold Dr. not receiving new patients, I have asma and having trouble sleeping at night breathing conditions but before that they cancelled my appointment cause Doctor wasn’t going to be in and when they gave me a new appointment now they canceled, I wa... read more
The doctor visit was fine it's the lab.that is ridiculous, big room not enough chairs. Not enough tech's.
