Be forewarned - their "screened" loam is full of broken glass. I called and asked that this was screened and a quality for reseeding a lawn. They said yes, so I had it delivered and have have since spent more time picking large (over 2 inches square) and small pieces of glass from the soil. Great soil for a yard for my 3 yr olds to play in. I called and they said it had been more than a week since it was delivered so they couldn't do anything, and they weren't surprised it had glass.
