I would recommend Dr. Salva-Otero if you are looking for a civil surgeon within that region. Dr. Salva-Otero was very proactive in advising us what we would need to ensure that my son did not have to make more than one trips.He put the bloodworks in for our son with the intent that it would be ready by the time my son was able to go in person. I went to this place for generating a medical report. To generate the report, I would need to first take a few vaccine shots, and then fax the record to the Doctor, Roberto B. Salva-Otero. However, after I took all the vaccine shots, I tried faxing the record to the number provided by the Doctor, it was busy every time, and the faxing has been unsuccessful with about 10 times of trials. most horrible experience i had with them. I had to do some immunization shots, could not do in my doc office. they made me to extra shots even though i had it from my doc office already! They asked me to pay them before they give me the report, i asked them when i can get my reports, they said in one week. after I paid in full, they did not do full reports and they took several weeks instead of one week! I tried to contact them again for full report, the doc never available again! the front desk lady would not answer my call... read more
