Dr Andrade and his staff were wonderful! This was a long term thing and we were never disappointed!
I met DrAndrade at Methodist West at a very crucial time . Dr Roberto Andrade did an exceptional job on gettinge cured. He and his team are awesome. He is very professional, kind, caring, patient, thorough in his observations and gives you hope. He is a beautiful gift from God and it shows in his work and words. I would recommend him highly . It is only about money here ! Lack of follow up, interest in the patient health and communication… If you have another option, please take it
Lack of initiative, communication, ownership/accountability and follow up. Basic attributes for a MD-Patient relationship. Highly disappointed. Specially with a critical case. It is surprising. I dont usually leave reviews. Unless ansolutely necessary. Hopefully he improves with future patients.
