The office doesn’t give a damn about your medical situation. His medical assistant is rude, short, and has no sense of urgency or follow up. She is only interested in clocking out. Very hateful. He should fire her as she is not in his league.
Dr Andrade and his staff were wonderful! This was a long term thing and we were never disappointed!
I met DrAndrade at Methodist West at a very crucial time . Dr Roberto Andrade did an exceptional job on gettinge cured. He and his team are awesome. He is very professional, kind, caring, patient, thorough in his observations and gives you hope. He is a beautiful gift from God and it shows in his work and words. I would recommend him highly .
