Terrible Experience – Tried booking a trip through them. It was evident that they spent very little time ensuring that I got a good deal. Wound up booking everything on my own and literally saved thousands of dollars. The worst part about it was that I was dealing directly with the owner and instead of being apologetic she just made rambling, incoherent excuses blaming the travel agency that she was working with...I would def not recommend using this agency.
