Without a doubt, the worst transaction I have ever been a part of solely because of Ms. Rustin's lack of attention and focus on her client's transaction. She missed every deadline and closing (multiple times) and was completely unapologetic and only made excuses instead of owning that her vacation was more important than taking care of her client.
