Worst place ever !
Roberta Place provided exceptional care for my mother, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, the team was professional, compassionate, and incredibly understanding during what can be a difficult transition for families. They kept us consistently informed, which gave us real peace of mind, and we always felt confident that my mother was in safe, capable hands. This place is a joke. My wife had hip surgery and we wanted a place for respite/care. Despite trying for over three weeks with numerous phone messages and emails, no one has ever gotten back to us. NO ONE! In our opinion, Stuart Allington, the sales coordinator, should be fired. It's irresponsible to ignore potential clients for their residences. We most certainly will NOT consider Roberta Place Retirement Lodge as a place we might ever stay. You shouldn't either.
The way the residents are treated and cared for here is incredible. Not just the residents but their family as well. Seeing first hand how the staff and management work as a team to make sure the residents are cared for is heart warming. I have watched residents move in and it be a hard transition for them in the beginning but the support from the other residents always wins! They watch out for each other. It is the most beautiful environment I have ever been apart of.
My wife's grandfather lived at Roberta Place for a year and a half and thoroughly enjoyed his time there. The staff were excellent and always willing to assist, at times going above and beyond their standard duties to support our grandfather. Holly, the nurse was incredible and was always quick to communicate with us when we had concerns about our grandfather's health. Jack the GM was always around to answer questions as needed.
