My mom has been here 3 years. Ìts been 3 years of myself having to clean the room 4 times per week. There have been several conversations with management of the home. 3 years later no resolution. Im not sure how to post the numerous photos and videos. I spoke to staff yet again today. If i don't see change i will be contacting jarletta and the ministry.
