Horrible staff at times. They even park in the disabled parking instead of normal parking.
My mom has been here 3 years. Ìts been 3 years of myself having to clean the room 4 times per week. There have been several conversations with management of the home. 3 years later no resolution. Im not sure how to post the numerous photos and videos. I spoke to staff yet again today. If i don't see change i will be contacting jarletta and the ministry. I do not fully blame the cleaning company on site. They are not given enough time. We need to speak up for our loved ones. I clean 4 times per week. God only knows what the r... read more
My Mom is so Happy here and feels safe. Loves all workers in home area 3! Especially loves Julie!! ❤️ take such good care of my Mum.
