Sooooo rude!!!
Absolutely horrendous bedside manner, she spoke down to my mom and belittled her. As someone whose been in the medical field myself for 15+ years, I was absolutely appalled at the lack of interest and empathy that she had during my mother's appointment. We got transferred to her care because our NP that we LOVED retired. If you want a Dr. who doesn't even look at you during the exam and cares more about her computer/EMR system then this is the choice for you! I went to establish Dr Hindenlang as my primary care doctor. She is very cold, opinionated, and insulting. Never smiles! In my 72 years I have never met such a miserable doctor. She treats you like you shouldn't speak until spoken to. I will not be returning.
Very thorough and compassionate
Because of this doctor's atrocious and dismissive bedside manner, I have changed medical plans and will NOT be seeing her again. She was condescending. Wanted nothing to do with my holistic approach to good health. Told me if I didnt do the tests she requested, she had the ability to not see me as a patient.
