4/16/19 I called Wright agency, our agent at the time, and spoke with Lexus. I wanted to know what our hurricane deductable was. She couldn’t tell me and suggested I call the carrier, Frontline. I called them and spoke with Beth told me immediately. 2020 I called Delaney Wright (new name) agency and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes got voice mail. I didn’t leave a message. I am now using Andis Agency here in Naples, they are much better.
