Scheduled a 940am oil change and tire rotation. I called at 130pm to see the status and they said another hour or so. I got to the service center and they said 25 minutes waited over an additional hour. Incompetent and liars. I will NEVER patronize here again. Just bought a 60k truck here but NEVER will buy again.
