I had them come out to replace my hot water heater last year and someones didn't hook up a connection so the water was flying all over the place( they left before the tank was being filled I shut off my water and called them they said they would come back to see if it was the,hot water heater ...( nothing leaked before they replaced the hot water heater )And it was the hot water heater because a,connection wasn't connected so they connected the piece that should have been connected .they didn't even apologize for the mess th... read more
Mr. Wilson, Sr. Is AWESOME! He replaced three faucets for 3 sinks, when other plumbers told my husband and I, we would have to replace the cabinets and sinks to upgrade faucets! He is truly an expert in his field! So very punctual, pleasant, helpful, professional! An absolute pleasure to meet! We love the work that was done with Robert Wilson and Sons! Thank you again!

I have heard good reviews about the sons. I called to fix my shower as it wasn't regulating temperature correctly. Bob came out, HE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CUSTOMER HOUSES! He’s a miserable man. Needs to retire. Asking me what I think he should do(how do I know, it’s why I called him) acting as if he didn’t want to be bothered. Speaking to me as if I was dumb for doing a couple things to fix it myself. He took the piece he needed to get a new one. Came back with the new piece AND a piece that I already had and was only two ... read more
