Dr Wilson has been the most thorough, attentive, considerate doctor Steve has ever had. He listens, asks questions, reads medical histories and knowledgeably guides us to the best medical treatment.
I had to schedule a last-minute appointment for an ear infection and my regular doctor wasn't available, so I scheduled with Dr. Wilson. He didn't say much throughout my visit. He examined my ear, confirmed the eardrum looked red, and prescribed me some medication. I told him I was flying a day later and asked if that was going to be okay. He replied, "I hope so," which didn't really give me an answer. He also recommended I go to an immediate care to have the earwax cleaned from my ears. The office staff called to cancel my appointment an hour before i was supposed to be seen then offered to reschedule it to September 23rd for me. If your canceling your patients appointment last minute at least have the courtesy to schedule it asap and not extend it out. On to the next.
