My husband had too be taken to ER for unbearable pain.Turns out he had a bad Gallbladder,full of stones.Very high liver enzymes,an some more things causing him issues. Dr Wilmoth(surgeon) did surgery the next day. he spent 3 days in hospital.Dr Wilmoth along with the hospital staff an on call Dr at Covenant hospital provides excellent care. All the nursing & hospital staff were "Great" We have no complaint what so ever. Thanks to ALL of you.
I have seen Dr. Wilmouth twice. He removed my gallbladder almost 6 years ago and just recently performed surgery for a hernia. It was a piece of cake with both procedures. Very little soreness and recovery was a breeze. He is one of the best surgeons in this area and Claiborne County should be ecstatic to have such an outstanding surgeon.
Made an appointment from a referral and didn’t even get to see the doctor. All they did was tell me the same thing as my primary care provider and tried to get me to come back for another appointment.
Unless you want to be told you only have issues because you are over weight I would suggest you find another doctor. Not to mention leaving you with unanswered questions about your health. Hard pass on this group.
