If there was a zero I would write him zero. If you need a good doctor run leave do not go to Dr White I don't even know how he has continued to keep his license. My husband went to see him one time when he was sick and Dr White was more afraid of getting in trouble if he tried to help him because of the seriousness of his illness. He literally let him lay on a table for 6 hours in his office waiting for him to die and then he told me I just don't want to touch him because I'm afraid that somebody will sue me.
