ZERO.... This "new owner" does not have ANY idea of what good customer service REALLY is. The previous REAL OWNER - Dr. Collins, absolutely knew the meaning of good CS.... Yesterday I was told "Sure, come on in tomorrow at 4:30 to pick up your glasses", only to be told that there are a ROOMFULL of other customers waiting for "service". I left PI$$ED and after talking with this FAKE Webster, I was told that PSYEC would just release my account and was told to go elsewhere. Some bullsh!t "service".
