I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and look at a project. I was informed about the process on the phone and that an estimate would take 2 weeks from the visit to turn around. Robert visited my home and confirmed that I would receive in estimate in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called to inquire and was told the soonest I'd receive anything back would be in an... another 2 weeks.
