I can't say enough good about Dr. Bina. He performed three brain surgeries on my daughter. As her mother, I felt a lot of apprehension and anxiety. Dr. Bina took time to acknowledge my feelings and informed me that the surgeries would offer "hope and change". Two words I desperately needed to hear at a time of uncertainty and fear. His bedside manner is incredible. He is gentle, kind, not rushed, thorough, honest, and always offers hope. I appreciate him so very much. I have been waiting over 4 weeks to hear from this office. I have been trying for ever to just have someone from this office call. every week I have contacted them and the best that they can tell me is that your in process. The last time I talked to a receptionist she told me that they were trying to decided if surgery would be a good option!!!!! I have never even met this doctor????? He is awesome he even managed to keep my hair
A-1. My wife had two pain pumps installed by Dr. Bina. The entire clinic was so helpful. The nurses and staff where always kind, patient, and professional. Dr. Bina showed genuine concern for my wife, and helped get her situation resolved. My wife loved the care she received from Dr. Bina and she always enjoyed interacting with him and his staff. He doesn't know how to control his staff, nor does he know how to follow protocol. I was put under to have leads put in my head. I was told I could keep some of my hair by this doctor. Coming out of anesthesia, my hair was gone, I had been poked all over my arms with random leads, even though I said DO NOT in put anything in my wrists or hands: ignored. They also catheterized me without my consent nor notifying me of any of this. I will never come back to Banner again.
