If you or your loved one has a shunt or any serious neurological condition, I strongly urge you to seek care elsewhere. The risk of being ignored when time matters most is far too high here. I can't say enough good about Dr. Bina. He performed three brain surgeries on my daughter. As her mother, I felt a lot of apprehension and anxiety. Dr. Bina took time to acknowledge my feelings and informed me that the surgeries would offer "hope and change". Two words I desperately needed to hear at a time of uncertainty and fear. I have been waiting over 4 weeks to hear from this office. I have been trying for ever to just have someone from this office call. every week I have contacted them and the best that they can tell me is that your in process. The last time I talked to a receptionist she told me that they were trying to decided if surgery would be a good option!!!!! I have never even met this doctor?????
