My experience was great. Dr. Viggiano was personable, knowledgeable, not rushed, answered any and all questions, no negatives to say. You can't make everybody happy but for me, my appointment more than met my expectations (and as a retired Dr., my expectations are quite high). A plus for the Doc.

I thought Mayo Clinic was highly regarded and i was excited to be a patient. I got sick and saw my primary care physician on Dec 30th. They did chest xrays and requested me see a Pulmonologist. I called Dr Viggiano on Jan 3, 2025 to setup an appointment. Since I didn’t receive a call back; I called again to find they had no record of that call. I called back numerous times ( Jan 13 and Jan 21) and provided the xrays they needed for Dr Viggiano to review. Here it is January 24th and still no call back for appointment. My own ... read more

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Viggiano! I do not understand the negative ratings as I found him very thorough, explained everything well, was friendly, easy to talk to, and took his time to make sure I had no more questions then helped me with future health decisions I had to make.
