My elderly diabetic relative used to have ingrowing toe nail. To "treat that" Mr Uhrich kept cutting her toe open time after time: every few months for several years (and billed Medicare for that). Luckily, she finally saw a different doctor, who told her that she could have a simple procedure done to prevent the nail from ingrowing ever again. It took 15 min, was done 5 years ago. No ingrowing any more. Why was Mr Uhrich torturing her for several years? Does he have no clue? or no heart?
