It's a shame that sometimes the reason you don't see an excellent doctor is because of the poor attention of the secretary. What a terrible moment I had when I tried to call to make an appointment for my son. The very racist lady hung up the call because I didn't speak English, but I do, and she perfectly understood what I was saying. Now that I don't have perfect English I understand. I've never been treated so badly in my years in this country. I decided to look for another doctor.
Go somewhere else. He isn't up with the new age treatment models he wasted my time.
