Dr. Santa Cruz was very personable and explained what my future visits will entail. Whole office is clean and orderly. Office personnel are helpful!
Dr. Santa~Cruz has a very poor “bedside manner!” My husband visited him for a catheter removal after a back procedure. The doctor said to my husband several times during conversation, “Oh, I’ve heard that a thousand times!” Seriously Doc? We were there to confide in Dr. Santa~Cruz and seek help and it was as if all he wanted to let my husband know was that his patients tell him these symptoms all the time! Dr Santa-Cruz and his staff are excellent, when I had to find another doctor to follow up with, he and his staff were willing to take care of me. I can't say how much I appreciate the doctor and his staff. Thankful
