I hit a curb and got two flat tires literally in the middle of a ramp and had to have my car towed. I called Plunks towing and explained and they asked for my location. The ramp had no name but I told him the streets that the ramp connected. He got so mad and was literally yelling that he needed my exact location. And told me to call back after I had figured out my location and hung up. I tried to tell him the name of the restaurant that was right there but he didn’t let me speak.
