A million+ times better than my doctors office. Don't know who or which place they meant their rude comments towards but it's definitely not here. I reschedule all the time and go in st fferent times and they still see me. Also not all places take kids and adults so know your facts before you complain. These people listen, patient, and kind.
We canceled 4 hrs before my son's apt due to him spiking a high temp and testing ++++ with covid beings that I canceled not 24 hrs in advanced they refused to allow me to make my son another apt the secretary said dr otte does not allow patients to cancel without 24hr notice smh this is unbelievable my son was positive for covid pos doctor after telling a coworker about this situation she told me it was heaven sent because this dr has no true care or concern for any patient each patient is a $$$$ sign she told me her daughte... read more
