I had a dealer try to get me to forge my brother's signature on a sales document. I refused and they kept my deposit. I called Attorney Murphy who had me send them a demand letter. I'm leaving the post office right now, after sending the demand. Attorney Murphy is going to help me if they refuse the refund. The experience was good. He was patient and respectful.

Not very knowledgeable thinks securities doesn't exist when the ucc states otherwise gives advice without backing up what he says with laws told me I was lucky I hadn't been arrested said he wasn't giving his opinion it was black and white but couldn't state one law and complained about being aggravated at home and not wanting to argue over the phone and was busy trying to protect who I wanted legal help against
