Dr. Herman's office has been taking care of my teeth for several years. They do a great job!
The office manager is looking at boasting revenue. Saying you have to pay up front then they will process insurance and collect the check to leave in your account for next time. This is called out of network which costs more for the customer and the dentist collects on your interest. Now they want patients to use them exclusively and can’t be seen by other dentists.
