Dr. Dodson is amazing! I'm so glad I was able to have him as my primary doctor. Some of these reviews are of course opinions based on experience.... but I definitely don't agree. He is doing exactly what a doctor should do and that is being honest. If I'm overweight and need to loose weight, then I would expect my doctor to tell me. Im not sure why that's a negative thing folks. I appreciate the honesty and how he is straight-forward with patients. Dr. Dodson and is staff in my eyes are fantastic.
My name is Monica Melendez; I didn't like his treatment: He, dr Dodson, repeatedly told me that the symptoms I was experiencing (muscle pain, feeling cold, anxiety, hair loss, weight gain, and dry skin) weren't symptoms of thyroid disease. I told him repeatedly that I really didn't feel well, and his response was always the same: to take the medication off and tell me I was wrong, that it couldn't possibly make me feel that way.
This is the worst Dr I have ever had the displeasure of going to. Right from the very first appointment he was rude, cocky, and very demeaning. He told me he was the best Dr. I would ever get around this area. I had my adult son with me both times thank goodness for a witness.This Dr. Does not work under the hand of God, he thinks he is God.
