Showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment. 25 minutes after my appointment was scheduled I was greeted by Dorantes. When she discovered I already had my paperwork together I was told I should go to public aid office for assistance. I'm interested in representation so when I asked a specific question about paperwork she said she was not a self help desk and to follow up with public aid. So rude. Meeting lasted less than 5minutes.
