Rob was fantastic to work with...we had a challenge selling our home and it sat on the market for over a year before Rob took over as listing agent, at which time he was able to organxe over 10 showings on the first day and the house sold the next day, over asking in a difficult market. He was very detailed, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things. He clearly cares about the client side of real estate, not just the listing, which is rare these days.
