Rob is EXCEPTIONAL. He is not only knowledgeable, but he truly cares and wants to help his clients. Just talking to him brought down my level of stress and anxiety. I can't recommend him more. Mr Venturo and Staff were excellent. Very satisfied with the outcome and all the help I received from this office. Had a lot of contact with Anna, she was extremely helpful and always responded in a timely matter, Took 2 stars away. Paid for a Quattro and paperwork never made it to Lexington, the issue was never resolved. They actually help settle my wife's Quattro which I did not pay them for and it actually hurt me financially.
