I never leave reviews, especially negative ones but this was absolutely unacceptable and genuinely unsafe I have never had a hotel experience this bad, and I honestly still cannot believe this happened. I stayed here from Sunday, August 16 to Monday, August 17. I’m a 21-year-old woman, and I arrived around 11:30 PM. After checking in, I went upstairs to the room I had been assigned. Booked two rooms and unfortunately, both smelled strongly of smoke. The sink won’t drain, and the hotel itself is extremely outdated and not well maintained. Overall, the rooms are gross and this stay will be very disappointing. Do not stay here.

Wonderful room, 1116 nice park view Step showeri but I asked for a walk in, n close to elevator, great coffee maker at end of hall, latte, cappuccino espresso etc, no charge. Next time I will get a corner rom, asked for it, alas I did not get. It, I wil insist on a walk in shower. Suggest front desk-customer service, training, one clerk (Sara)could not tell me what rooms were corners?? And which rooms had walk-in showers really! Hotel haskeurig coffeee in the lobby, k cup available .
