Dr. Lancaster took great care to explain matters, complete with a hand-drawn illustration to help me understand the situation. He offered me multiple options for treatment, including waiting and not treating the issue at present. I appreciated his thorough explanation and the fact that he wasn't trying to sell me on a procedure which I could potentially postpone or avoid. His bedside manner is warm, witty and wise.
