Had a flat tire and ordered a new set from Costco. My neighbor recommended that Robert Tires could do a quick fix. Since we'd like to use the car while waiting for the new set to come in, and we'd like to avoid towing the car to Costco, I did exactly as my neighbor recommended. I brought the mounted tire to Robert. I drove an hour just to come here and buy new tires for my truck. The lot was packed with customers from the time I got there till the time I left. Robert and his team treated each customer like they were the only customer in the lot. Within a half hour I was in a bay, had 4 new Thunderer MT 265/70R17's wrapped in my wheels and out the door I went on my merry way. The experience at Robert tire was AMAZING to say the least and I got an excellent deal on my new tires. I will return when I need tires in the future.
Great price and service at Robert tire. Plenty of employees to take care of single tire walk-ins and full sets of tires at the same time. I was very pleased to be in and out with 4 new tires on my 3/4 ton truck in an hour. They even replaced the valve stems and shined the tires/wheels without asking and at no extra cost. 5 stars for sure. I have not received service like that from a tire shop in 15yrs.

By far the worst place I have been to !!! Went ti get an alignment called and said I would be there at 9:30. They said its fine to come in they will take me. They didn’t start my car until after 12:30 they said it’d be done by 3. Its after 4 and they still have not finished. They keep using the excuse there’s only 1 mechanic. I am very late to pick my child up and they are not attending to my vehicle. Worst place to go to even though the prices are good. Customer service is awful and inexcusable
