I had an appointment with this dr. at 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:09 to fill out paperwork being that I was a new patient. I wasn't seen until 4:30pm. He offered no reason for the delay, never apologized and never introduced himself!! He walked in the room I was in and proceeded to the computer. He asked questions that were already inputted in the computer with the answers I supplied when I filled out the paperwork. Also the room I was in was attached to another patient room.
