Infection control issues greatly. It's like going back to the 50s. Likewise, using a cover for the tonometer is useless if you touch it 50 times and introduce tons of bacteria to it.
Over charged n old equipment just for show n rude to boot.
They're still making everyone wear a mask, I thought we were past that. Very cold reception and the lady made me pull my mask up over my nose. So many things wrong with this.
Had a piece of wood stuck in my eye and called them. They took me straight in and removed debris. Excellent service. Highly recommend!!!
I made a mistake and didn’t have my daughters insurance card, after a bit I found her social security number (which they said they could use). They came back a few moments later and it “wasn’t working”. I called a different eye doctor in town, told them the situation, gave them her social and they found the info no problem. It could have been their system or human error, but I wouldn’t write this review if I wasn’t getting snide looks and remarks during the process.
