House is beautiful, communication is the downfall of the entire company. I would never choose to build with them again. The professionalism is horrible.
Although I love my home, after almost 8 years of living in it I can honestly say it’s not worth it!! I’ve lived in a handful of homes in my adult life with my husband . Our Robert Thomas Home has been the most expensive house with the cheapest lowest quality products!!! Within the first year the trim in both the kitchen and bathrooms looked awful!! The paint on both the trim and doors should be an oil based paint and clearly is not!! Whatever paint was used is certainly not fit to withstand any amount of water. My boys... read more
