With 15 years of experience as a realtor, I referred two clients to build with Robert Thomas Homes in 2022, at a time when over 50 homes were under construction. In hindsight, I feel a strong moral responsibility to caution other homebuyers based on my clients’ experiences. We’re in the early stages of building a home with Robert Thomas Homes, and so far, it’s been a great experience. Admittedly, we may not be the easiest clients—overthinking, second-guessing, and changing plans. However, our representative, Nicole, has been incredibly patient with us, and has gone above and beyond. At this point, we can’t recommend her, and Robert Thomas Homes, highly enough.
The house quality is great and overall we love our house. Working with Robert Thomas isn't. The building design process left a lot to be desired, if it wasn't for talking with people that had already gone through this process, we would have missed a lot more than we felt we did. The woman who helped us is no longer with RTH, but she basically gave us a packet and sent us on our way. We would ask for updates, and it took forever to get back to us. We actually had to wait until interest rates had risen past 6% to sell our hous... read more
