Have used Robert The Plumber a few times. They always respond promptly and are able to schedule something in a reasonable amount of time. Most recently I needed a toilet replaced that was complicated by the fact that the previous owners had built a new tile floor around the toilet because they didn't want to remove the original floor. I had asked two other plumbers to quote the job and they told me I had to remove the old toilet and deal with the flooring myself. I'm not super handy so that wasn't an option. Robert The Plumber to save the day! When the alarm of my sewer pump went off, you can imagine my stress level going up. I called Robert The Plumber and they were quick to schedule time. Moreover, to ensure an speedy resolution, they scheduled theri staff, who install the pump 2 years ago. I'm glad they did. Staff remember every detail, came in, took care of the issue and left everything spotless. I am very appreciative for the high quality of the service and the friendliness of staff. We had an external drain that was being clogged by tree roots. Robert The Plumber showed up in a timely fashion, and took care of it in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Robert The Plumber.

My regular great guy wasn't working today, so Robert The Plumber sent another. Staff continued my experience with Robert The Plumber practice of fast, efficient and excellent service. As I told, for first-time homeowner me finding reliable trustworthy tradespeople has been hit-or-miss. But finding Robert The Plumber and its representatives is like finding gold -- rare and precious. Again, thank you Robert The Plumber.

Our bathtub faucet was leaking for a while, so we finally called Robert The Plumber for an appointment to get that fixed. They were able to send someone to come out the same day. Staff took a look at the issue and identified that we needed to remove and replace the shower valve (we didn't have the modern shower valve with the cartridge). They were able to remove and replace on the same day.
