HORRIBLE!!! Stay away from this guy at all costs for your taxes, especially. He was unkind, once I paid him, he wouldn’t answer my questions. He wouldn’t pick up my phone call. I had legit concerns and was left on the other half of my Taxes for one year on my own because he said he was with another “client “. He’s very disrespectful and very unprofessional. Horrible service. Not professional at all. Questionable credentials do not go to him. He didn’t complete my taxes because he got upset because I told him that IRS has given me a completely different address to mail taxes too than what he gave me. He insisted he was correct and if I didn’t believe him, I can go somewhere else. Very shady.
DO NOT go to Robert. He will leave you hanging when you need him to complete what he started, He will bail out on you! He was giving me an incorrect IRS address that is no longer available. In addition he gave me and directed me to the Laguna Niguel IRS office, insisting it was still open when it was closed. He completely ignored all calls and all text and told me to go somewhere else. I will be looking into and reporting on him to see if he has even legit to be doing taxes.
