Dr. Terranova is great, I was a patient for many years. I changed insurance, and he didn't take my new insurance. All of a sudden I had major problems with the staff. Long story short they gave inaccurate info, so my claim was denied. Yes, on purpose, because the info was in my chart & ins. said none of that info was given. they refused to make phones calls to ins. There isnt enough room to detail the BS I was put through. I ran out of meds bc of this and ended up in the ER for a bad migraine.
