My wife and I have been a Patient of Dr. Taylor for a long time. He is a excellent Doctor and a outstanding surgeon! His Nurse Kelly has worked for him for years and Is one of the best you could ask for. She always makes you feel comfortable in what can sometimes be a little embarrassing. We would not see anyone else. Thanks for all the years of care.
I love his energy but the Medical Assistants are very rude and has no knowledge of anything. I was called on 6/30/23 with some results and she couldn't explain anything so decided to google it and read to me what she was reading off the internet. Poor poor service. He is amazing though.
Dr. Taylor is great. The communication with patient and updates regarding appointments is very bad. They called me once to move my appt back an hour. Then they called to verify that I cancelled my appt. Which I most certainly did not. Then I waited more than half an hour past my appt time. Dr is great, receptionists are not at all.
