This is the worst hospital I have ever tried to contact in my life and I have worked for hospital's for 34 years. For two days I tried to contact the main number and every time I am connected to Security. When asked if there is a main number for the hospital, Security does not know. Now I know the hospital does not close so there must be a way to connect. I would only hope the patient care is not as bad as trying to connect to this hospital.

I took my Mother to the ER on 9/14/22 at 8:30 pm due to a racing heart that had occurred a few times over 4 days. We sat in a waiting room that was dirty with people that had been there since 2 pm. There were people moaning in great pain that had been waiting for 6 hrs. at that point. There was no communication about wait time, apologies for the wait or even a show of concern. 5 minute ER visit = $2,000 bill, 1500 of which i never saw and is now past due. I would die before ever setting foot in this hospital again
The nurses on the surgical wing 3rd floor were terrible. Sat at the nurses station and talked all the time. Several nurses would claim they "forgot" when my husband would ask for water or when it was time for his meds. My husband had covid the first of June. The anesthesiologists that service the hospital refused to allow my husband in the operating room even though he no longer had covid and kept him lying in pain for 5 days until Dr. Bassnet insisted they do his procedure.
